Colbran & Wingrove, acting as main contractor, was appointed by Pfeiffer Design with whom we have worked previously.

Situated on the first floor of a purpose-built apartment block, and with views over the Saffrons in Eastbourne, the property offered fantastic potential. However, to realise this a complete overhaul was necessary starting with an asbestos survey and subsequent removal.

Our team managed the complete strip out of the property, including floors, heating and electrical services. On completion of the new services we installed a beautiful new kitchen, main bathroom and en-suite and created bespoke wardrobes in both bedrooms. 

In the living room, the construction of a false chimney breast has helped create a focal point with the installation of a fireplace and custom-built bookcases either side. Additional cabinetry has also been created within the hallway which also features a pocket sliding door to the dining room. 

The apartment was then completely decorated by Colbran & Wingrove with a beautiful scheme complimented by new carpets, soft furnishings and new furniture supplied and fitted by Pfeiffer Design. 

Colbran & Wingrove liaised with managing agents Stredder Pearce on this project, and we appointed specialist contractors for the asbestos management, electrical and plumbing work.
