Building for Birchwood Ford

Birchwood Ford recently appointed Colbran & Wingrove to renovate redundant office space and create a bright new staff room at their Eastbourne showroom.

The project has transformed an internal room which can now be accessed by staff from the neighbouring workshop. An original opening from the showroom has been blocked up.

The space has also been zoned into two distinct areas with the extension of an existing dividing wall. Now protruding further, it allows for an improved layout with tables and chairs in the newly fitted kitchen and sofas in a separate but connected lounge area.

Our team managed all aspects of the project which also included an overhaul of the existing suspended ceiling to replace damaged or missing tiles, plus improved lighting, new safety flooring, the installation of a new curtain heater and all the associated electrical and plumbing works.
